摘要 给出非均匀流场中螺旋桨桨叶剖面的设计方法,提出保持剖面空泡特征不变的等效运转曲线的思想与确定方法。本文方法设计的桨叶剖面能有效地控制空泡范围和空泡类型,得到期望的空泡性能。剖面可采用母型剖面或“新剖面”方法来设计,进而可确定桨叶弦向环量分布,然后由升力面理论设计三维桨叶的几何形状。通过实例螺旋桨的设计,其空泡性能得到显著的改善,说明本方法是合理和有效的。 This paper presents a design method of propeller blade section operating in non-uniform flow field and an idea of the equivalent operating curve where eavitations eharaeteristie on blade section is not ehange. The blade section designed by present method ean effectively eontrol the eavitaion area and type to obtain the desired eavitation performance. The blade section may be designed by parent section or new section, thereby its ehord-wise eire^ation distributions ean be worked out, then lifting surface theory is used to design the three dimension blade geometry. By the design example, the eavitation performance is improved markedly, showing that present method is reasonable and effective.
