结合山东禹王集团公司ERP项目的实施经验,介绍了ERP项目方案的设计以及与之对应的通信网络系统方案的设计。ERP实施过程中应遵循简化基础数据、使用ERP的标准功能、简化ERP组织结构的设计、关注影响ERP的关键参数、依靠企业内部的人员进行实施等原则。

Based on the implement experience of Shandong Yuwang Group＇ s ERP project, the design of the ERP project＇ s scheme and its communication networks are introduced. Some principals should be followed in the implement procedure of the ERP project. The principals are simplifying the fundamental datum, using the standard functions of the ERP, simplifying the design of the ERP＇s structure, paying attention to the key parameter of the ERP and depending on the inner people of enterprise implement.
