The Target Mode of Building Service Government

传统的政府管理体系已经不适应社会主义市场经济的发展,具体体现为政府职能的缺位、越位、错位,因此,必须通过树立以民为本的理念、推进政府职能转变、政务公开、依法行政、建立政府效能评价体系等途径,来构建一个法治、高效、透明的服务型政府。

The traditional government managing system has not adapt to the development of the socialist market economy, and it reflect that the offside, misplacement of the government function. For the reason, in order to build a service government .which is legal, efficient and transparent, we must set up the idea that the citizen is the basic, and push on the change of government function, the open of government affairs, administration according to law and building efficacy system of government and so on.
