摘要
《中华人民共和国公证法》中第四章第二十七条第二款将公证机构的告知义务法定化,这是一条非常重要的条款,也是公证机构多年公证实践的经验总结。本文结合多年公证工作的实际经验,探讨在实际工作中如何更有效地贯彻落实这一条款的途径和办法,以达到减少公证员执业风险,提升公证业的公信力的目的。
The informing obligation is legalized by the provision 2 of Article 27 in Chapter IV in PRCLegalimtion Law. This impoaant pro- vision is the practical experience of notary working. Combined with the relevant working experience,this paper discusses the more effective means to implement the provision, in order to reduce the risk of working and increase the social trust of notarisation.
