摘要
以电信企业员工培训与开发现状为切入点,深刻剖析其优劣态势,并针对这一状况进行了相应的对策分析,提出了基于企业特点、企业战略和发展目标制定适合本企业经营发展的培训模式;建立有效地培训体系及培训效果转化;建立学习型组织。
From the point of current situation about staff training and development in telecommunication enterprises, this article probes its advantages and disadvantages, presents an analysis of strategy for such a status, provides training patterns to fit enterprises' existence and development on the basis of their own characteristics, strategy and orientation, efficient training systems, fruitful transformation of practical training, and learningoriented organization.
