摘要 目的建立大鼠体外循环(CPB)模型,研究CPB对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法以Wistar大鼠为研究对象,建立常温大鼠CPB模型。以跳台法建立学习记忆模型,观察CPB对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。结果10只大鼠顺利建立CPB模型,CPB期间各项生理指标保持正常。实验结果显示,对照组和假CPB组大鼠仅分别实验3.25次和3.72次,电击回避反应即达到学会标准。CPB组平均实验9.87次才达到学会标准,与对照组和假CPB组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经过24h后测试其记忆保持程度,对照组和假CPB组记忆保持良好,保持率分别达100%和90%,而CPB组仅为30%。与上述两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CPB的确对大鼠的学习记忆有明显影响。 Objective To establish the model of rats cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) and to study its influence on the learning memory of rats. Methods The Wistar rats were taken as the research objects to establish rats CPB model in normal temperature, and the jumping board learning memory model was also established to observe CPB's influence on the learning memory of rats.Resuits The CPB model of 10 rats was very successful,and every physiological index was normal. The results showed: contrast group and sham CPB group were only tested for 3.25 times and 3.72 times respectively to learn avoiding electric shocks;to do this, the CPB group was tested for 9.87 times. Through comparing, the differences of the three group were very significant(P〈0. 01). After 24h,memory-keeping test was conducted. The experimental results showed that memory-keeping rate of contrast group and sham CPB group were 100% and 90% respectively, but CPB group was only 30%, the differences were very significant(P〈 0.01). Conclusion CPB has the obvious influence on the rats's learning memory indeed.
