摘要
研究了应用氩气等离子体表面改性技术对电池隔膜用丙纶非织造布进行处理的技术,并对处理时所涉及的工作参数(放电功率、放电时间、反应压力等)对电池隔膜用丙纶非织造布的力学性能的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,通过氩气等离子体表面活化处理,虽然会对电池隔膜用丙纶非织造布的力学性能造成影响,但是不会影响电池隔膜用丙纶非织造布的使用。
The surface of PP nonwovens fabric was modified by O2/Air plasma treatment for battery separator, and researched the mechanical property of PP separator was influenced by the plasma power, plasma treating time and pressure. The results indicate that the mechanical property of PP separator was influenced by O2/Air plasma treatment, but that don' t influence the use of PP separator
