摘要
介绍了针对目前国产纺粘法非织造布生产线存在的问题,以LW402-320(S)纺粘法非织造布生产线为例进行了单体抽吸装置、冷却风箱、风道、预压辊的改造,经改造后设备所生产产品的质量有了大大改善。
Existed problems in home-made spunbonded production line are introduced in the paper. Take LW402- 320（S） spunbonded nonwovens production line as instance, after reforming monomer suction device, quenching air chamber, air duct and pre-pressed roller, product quality is improved greatly.
