摘要
自1986年发表《渥太华宪章》开始，WHO欧洲区便逐步开展了健康促进医院的相关理论和实践研究，初步形成了健康促进医院的概念，即现代医疗机构为适应医学模式的转变及医学社会化而提出的并由过去单一的医疗型向促进健康、提高生命质量的医疗预防保健型转化的现代医疗服务模式。
Some experts in Europe area of WHO had began the theory and practice research on health boost hospital development, and formed the concept that modem medical organization is tuming to a kind of modem medical service mode of boosting health and advancing life quality.
