韩愈的《马说》借谈千里马被埋没的诸多事实，阐述了封建社会中人才被埋没的原因，对统治者埋没人才、摧残人才的现象进行了猛烈抨击。当今盛世，我们应当从韩愈的《马说》中汲取教训，在现代人才资源的开发上要知人善用、善于育人，要从以往的以物为中心转向现在的以人为中心，要善于识别人才，对有才能的人委以重任，使他们充分展示自己的才干。
