病理学是介于基础与临床之间的桥梁学科。以往的病理研究生培养模式缺乏外科病理检验学习,培养的毕业生既不符合就业市场对实用型人才的需要,也不能成为名副其实的专业人才。因此有必要增加此方面的培训。
