摘要
教学过程是实现教学目标的关键环节,发展性教师评价是注重教师发展,有利于学校教育发展目标的有效方法,以发展性教师评价原则对大学德育课教学过程进行评价,能够全面、准确把握教学过程中的得失,保证良好教学效果,促进教师和学校的发展。
The teaching process is the key link in realizing the instruction goals in universities and the approach of evaluating "developing teachers" stresses the development of the teachers and therefore is beneficial to the realization of the targets of the development of the university, Applying the principles of evaluating "developing teachers" to the evaluation of the teaching processes of moral education courses may give an objective assessment of the teaching and thus improve teaching results.
