摘要
领导者集权力、责任、义务为一体,在特定的条件下,领导者素质的高低,对领导活动的成效起着决定性作用。现代领导者应具备良好的政治、知识、能力、心理等素质,并通过社会与自身的共同努力,不断提高领导素质,为社会作出更大的贡献。
With power, responsibility and obligation, the leader of an organization may, under certain circumstances, play a decisive role in its operation. Therefore, a qualified leader should have good qualities in political awareness, knowledge, ability and psychology and improve them all the time so as to make greater contributions to the society.
