摘要
文章分四部分回顾了国外关于大学教师工作枯竭的相关研究,第一部分是工作枯竭及其维度;第二部分是工作枯竭测量的发展过程,并介绍了几种研究工作枯竭的工具,包括M B I(M aslach Burnou t Inven tory,)、M B I-G S(M aslachBurnou t Inven tory G enera l Survey)和BM(Bornou tM easure)量表;第三部分是大学教师工作枯竭及其成因;最后,对研究现状进行了简要的评述并提出今后研究展望。
This review focuses on the relevant research on Faculty burnout. First, it introduces job burnout and its dimensionality, and secondly it briefly introduces the development of measures of job burnout, including MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory, abbreviate MBI), MBI-GS (Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey, abbreviate MBI-GS) and BM(Bornout Measure, BM)questionnaires. The third part is mainly about faculty burnout and its causes. Lastly, a brief evaluation is given to the present research on faculty burnout and a new perspective is put forward.
