数控直流电流源——2005年电子竞赛设计

摘要 本文介绍了数控直流电流源的设计,该系统采用MCS-51系列的8031单片机为核心,通过稳流模块、控制摸块、显示模块实现了电流的可预置、可步进调整、输出的电流信号可数字显示功能,采用稳定性强的CW338三端可调正稳压器和高分辨率的14位A/D转换器ICL7135来实现设计的精度要求。 A design method of intelligent electric current source is presented in this paper. The 8031 single-chip computer of Mcs- 51 system is a core. The design can be made into three modules: stabilized current supply model, control model and display module. These functions are realized that the electric current can be pre-set and adjusted step by step, and the output current can be displayed in digit directly. And design of precision is approached in practice. Two parts are included in this system, which are cw338 three extremities adjustable stabilized voltage implement and A/D conversion implement of Ic17135 high resolving power.
