摘要
文章在对大跨越工程进行调研的基础上,预测大跨越工程将向大型化、大跨越导线将向高强度大截面铝合金方向发展。回顾总结了我国大跨越金具的发展历史与现状,对大跨越工程的特征参数进行了分类汇总,提出了大跨越金具设计技术条件的制定原则与系列化分组设计方案,设计了4×32t、4×42t、6×42t3个耐张串和4×21t、4×32t、4×42t3个悬垂串。对4×42t悬垂串和6×42t耐张串的27种金具进行了试制,并通过了试验验证。该成果已替代进口产品,并已应用于三峡送出工程的7个大跨越工程中。
Based on the investigation of large crossing projects, the development directions of large scale for large crossing project and alloy of high - strength and big section for large crossing conductor were predicted. Looking back and summarizing the development history and present situation of the fittings for large crossing, the feature parameters of large crossing project were gathered and classified. The established principles of teclmical condition and design scheme of serialization for the fitting design of large crossing were suggested. The 3 stretcing strings 4 × 32t, 4 × 42t, 6 × 42t and 3 suspension strings 4 × 21t, 4 × 32t, 4 × 42t were designed, and the 27 fittings for 4 ×42t suspension strings and 6 ×42t stretching strings were produced and verified through testing. This accomplishment has replaced the imorted products, and applied in 7 large crossing projects in Three Gorges power transmission projects.
