Localization and Innovation of VGS Hydropower Generator Unit in Three-Gorge Left Bank Power Station

文章对东方电机股份有限公司全面消化吸收VGS(VOITHGESIEMENS)集团引进技术、积极提高技术装备水平的情况进行了介绍,对研制三峡水轮发电机组中的主要创新工作,如转轮焊接、主轴焊接、定子绕组绝缘结构设计和绝缘材料的开发应用等进行了重点介绍。

This paper introduced the condition of digestion and absorption of technology for VOITH - GE - Siemens （VGS） hydropower generator unit, which improved the level of technical equipment actively for Dongfang Electric Machine Inc.. The major innovation works in the development of Three-Gorge hydropower generator unit were emphatically introduced, such as runner welding, the welding of main shaft, the insuhtion str-ucture design of stator winding and the development and application of insulating material etc.
