海勒式间接空冷系统的改造方案和实施

摘要 针对丰镇电厂3、4号空冷系统存在的问题,提出了空冷系统的改造方案,使3、4号机组在夏季环境温度为29.5℃时具有满发的能力。现丰镇电厂3、4号空冷系统改造工程已投入运行,在高温30℃的情况下带满负荷200MW,达到了设计要求。每年夏季可增加43560MWh发电量,可节约大量燃油,增收约653万元。该工程总投资5128万元,不到8年可收回全部投资,具有很高的经济效益和环境效益。 In view of the problems existing m the No.3 and NoA air cooling systems of Fengzhen power plant, The retrofitting scheme of air cooling system was put forward, with the air that No.3 and No.4 units could own fully - loaded capability at the ambient temperature of 29. 5℃ in summer.Now the retrofitting projects of No.3 and No.4 air cooling systems have been put in to operation ,the awits can operate with full load under the high temperature condition of 30℃ ,with the design requirement reached. After refrofit, The units can additionally generate 43 560 MWh each year in summer,with great quantify of fucl oil saved and about 6. 53 million yuan baeome cncreased.The total iavestment of this project amount to 51.28 million yuan,which can be completely returned in less than 8 years, with high econowieal benefit and environmental benefit gained.
