摘要
分析了盘山电厂600MW机组协调系统原设计与改造后的主蒸汽压力控制,着重介绍了炉跟机协调中的功率指令前馈。协调系统改造以后,机组的负荷控制及主蒸汽压力控制的稳定性都有所改善。文章还提出了在分散控制系统(DCS)中引进先进算法(如自适应和预估控制等)的建议。
This paper analyses the main steam pressure control of the design,original and after the retrofitting ,of coordinated control system for 600 MW generating unit in panshan Power Plant, emphatically briefs the power command fecdforward in the coordination of boiler following turbine.After the retrofitting of coordinated system, the stabilities of both the bad control and main steam pressure control of the unit have been improved.The paper also puts forward the proposal: to introduce the advanced algorithm method (such as selfadaption and predicting control etc.)in the distributed control system (DCS).
