石灰石—石膏湿法鼓泡塔脱硫技术在台山电厂的应用

Application of Limestone-Gypsum Wet Method Bubbling Tower Desulfurization Technology in Taishan Power Plant

近几年,我国已经运行和在建一批石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫装置,但绝大多数为喷淋塔形式,人们对此较为熟悉。而对CT121鼓泡塔脱硫技术了解并不多。文章介绍了CT121湿法脱硫技术在我国600MW机组上的首次应用情况及系统的特点。比较详细地介绍了该系统在调试中的经验,以及正式投运后的主要问题及其对策和效果。

In the recent years,a lot of limestone - gypsum wet method flue gas desulfiurization （FGD） facilities have been built up, commissioned or under construction, but over wheiming majority of them employ the familiar spraying towers, while the people＇ s under standing of GT - 121（bubbling tower） FGD technology is very limited. The paper briefs the first time application status of CT - 121 wet method FGD technology in 600 MW unit in China and the features of its system, and details the experiences with the start-up and debugging of this system,as well as the main problems existing in the system after the formal commissioning, and the countermeasures and effect.
