摘要
通过将喷孔由圆形改变为椭圆形,从而大大地增加了液体射流的2阶初始扰动。理论分析表明,此类液体射流雾化后的截面形状应近似为椭圆形。因此能够增强与周围空气的混合能力。实验充分地肯定了橢圆喷霉的混合能力。同时发现,在相同的喷射条件下,椭圆喷雾所形成的粒径要比相同喷孔截面的圆形喷雾有明显减小。
The initial disturbance of the second order is largely enhanced by changing the circular injection hole to an elliptical one. Theoretical analysis shows that the shape of the cross section of the atomized liquid jet from an elliptical orifice keeps approximately elliptical so that this kind of spray should have a high ability for mixing with its surrounding air. This is full confirmed by the experiment results. At the same rime, under the same injection conditions, the droplet size of elliptic spray is appreciably smaller than that of the circular spray.
