654-2局部湿敷减轻静脉滴注刺激性药物引起疼痛的效果观察

Observation of the effective outcome of local wet dressing of 654-2 in relieving pain caused by intravenous dripping of irritant drugs.

目的:探讨654-2(氢溴酸山莨菪碱)对减轻静脉滴注刺激性药物引起疼痛的效果。方法:对500例静脉滴注氯化钾的患者采用自身对照法,单日使用传统热敷法(对照组),双日使用654-2局部湿敷法(实验组),观察并记录654-2的止痛效果。结果:654-2局部湿敷能更有效地减轻静脉滴注刺激性药物引起的疼痛,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:采用654-2局部湿敷可有效减轻静脉滴注刺激性药物引起的疼痛,有利于患者配合治疗。

Objective ： To explore the effectiveness of 654 - 2 in relieving pain caused by intravenous dripping of irritant drugs. Methods ： Auto - control method was adopted to 500 patients who were receiving intravenous dripx of potassium chloride. Traditional hot compress was used on odd days in the control group, local wet dressing was applied on even - numbered days in the experimental group. The effective outcome of pain - relief was observed. Results ： Local wet dressing of 654 -2 could effectively relieve pain caused by intravenous infusion of irritant drugs, there was significant difference in the comparison of the effectiveness between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）, Conclusion： Application of wet dressing of 654 -2 can relieve the pain caused by intravenous dripx effectively and is helpful for the patient＇s cooperation during the treatment.
