摘要
结合工程实例,详细介绍了钢管混凝土拱桥钢管拱肋制作安装技术,其中包括拱肋厂内制造主要工艺技术、施工现场安装工艺技术。在制作安装过程中采用试验检测加强质量控制,试验检测结果表明在工厂制作构件装配尺寸精确,拱肋线型流畅光顺,装配尺寸误差控制在规定的范围内,X射线、超声波无损检测全部合格,一次探伤合格率达到99.01%,全部工地焊缝经超声波检测一次探伤合格率达96.52%。说明焊缝内在质量是优良的,拼缝误差在控制范围以内。
Based on practice, the making and assembly technologies on arch rib of a steel pipe arch bridge are presented in details. By using test technology arch in order to check-up arch rib, the testing results reveal the close relationship between the design geometry dimensions and structure during making and assembly on the spot. And all of the arch rib on scatheless crack have passed the detection by X-radial and ultrasonic.
