从资产证券化的由来入手,通过分析资产证券化的特点及实施方法,对我国如何推进资产证券化在中小企业融资中的应用进行了分析。
Discussion is made on the origin, feature and realizations of ABS, and analysed the application of it to the financing among smaLl-and-medium size businesses in our country.
