急性妊娠脂肪肝10例观察与护理

Observation and nursing care of 10 cases with pregnancy associated with acute fatty liver

目的:总结10例急性妊娠脂肪肝的观察与护理经验。方法:对患者行周密观察和有效的护理措施。结果:本组产妇4例存活,6例死亡,病死率60%,围产儿8例存活,3例胎死宫内(其1为双胎)。结论:对妊娠晚期产妇应细心观察,为明确诊断提供依据,同时加强急性脂肪肝的处理和并发症预防,保证患者度过危险期。

Objective ： To explore the nursing care in the treatment of pregnancy associated with acute fatty liver. Methods： Close observation and effective nursing measures were taken. Results： 4 pregnant women out of 10 survived, 6 died. 8 fetusesin perinatal period survived, 3 died in womb （one twin）. Conclusion： Close observation can provide basis for making definite clinical diagnosis of pregnancy associated with acute fatty liver in third trimester of pregnancy, which can be helpful for the proper treatment of acute fatty liver and prevention of complications.
