Market Economy and Democratic Politics in the Relationship of Contradiction

在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中要处理好很多的矛盾关系。市场经济和民主政治呈现给我们更多的是一致性的一面,市场经济为民主政治提供物质技术条件,为民主政治培育活动主体,民主政治也为市场经济的发展提供了空间和法治支撑。但不可否认的是二者在价值原则和发展空间上也存在一定的冲突,解决好这些冲突是建设社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。

Many contradictory relations should be treated properly during the construction of the socialist harmonious society. Market economy and democratic politics demonstrated more consistency to us, as market economy has provided with material and technical conditions for democratic politics, cultivated the principal parts in action, whereas democratic politics has provided with legal support and developing space for market economy. However, it can not be denied that there are certain conflicts in the principle of value and developing space between the two. Proper treatment of these conflicts is a necessary requirement for the construction of socialist harmonious society.
