全球化给我国高等教育尤其是西部高等教育的发展不仅带来了机遇,更带来了挑战。如果全球化即效益最大化假设成立的话,那么全球化对我国西部高等教育发展的负面影响将大于它的正面影响。

The globalization brings not only opportunities but also challenges to China＇s higher education, especially to that in western China. If the supposition is founded that globalization means maximum benefit, then the negative influence by globalization to the higher education in western China is greater than its positive influence.
