某市三所医院《国家基本医疗保险药品目录》使用现状分析

Analysis of present utilization of《National Essential Medicare Formulary》in 3 hospitals in a city

目的:通过对三所医院的医保患者的住院用药分析,探讨《国家基本医疗保险药品目录》的使用情况及存在的问题,并对相关政策提出建议.方法:收集了2004-07/12某市三所大型综合性医院所有参保患者用药数据,并按药品所属类型和病种用药分类统计.结果:三所医院六类药物与五种常见病《药品目录》内外药品费用情况存在差异(P<0.05).结论:医保患者药费结构需要进一步调整或应进一步控制自付药费比例,以减轻参保职工的经济负担.

AEM ： To investigate the application of 《 National Essential Medicare Formulary》 and the existing problems by analyzing the drug utilization of medicare patients in 3 hospitals and to put forward some suggestions for the related policies. METHODS： Data of drug use of all medicare patients in 3 large general hospitals from July to December in 2004 were collected and classified according to drug category and disease. RESULTS： There is a significant difference among the usage of 6 types of drugs and between the usage of exterior and interior medicines of the 《National Essential Medicare Formulary》for 5 common diseases in these 3 hospitals （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： The constitution of medicare patients＇ fee should be adjusted or the proportion of medicine be further controlled in order to lessen the economic burden of employees who take part in medicare.
