结膜囊成形联合羊膜移植术治疗严重结膜囊狭窄

The effect of conjunctival reconstruction combined with amniotic membrane transplantation in severe conjunctival sac stenosis

目的探讨羊膜移植在治疗严重结膜囊狭窄中的应用。方法对31例严重结膜囊狭窄、无法安装义眼的患者行结膜囊成形术,根据结膜缺损范围,将羊膜上皮面朝上移植于植床上,21例同时行下穹隆加深术。结果术后随访6月～3年,失访5例。26例中24例成功,术后能安装义眼;2例失败,术后不能安装义眼。结论结膜囊成形联合羊膜移植术治疗严重结膜囊狭窄疗效肯定。

Objective To detect the application of amniotic membrane transplantation（AMT） in the treatment of severe stenosis of conjunctival sac. Methods 31 cases of patients were treated with conjunctival reconstruction according to the area of defect of conjunctiva. Inferior fornix were deeped in 21 cases simultaneously. Results 26 cases were followed up about 6-36 months, the other 5 cases were missed. 24/26 cases were successfully treated and reveived implantation of ocular prosthesis. Conclusions Conjunctival reconstruction combined with amniotic membrane transplantation were effective in the cases with severe stenosis of conjunctival sac.
