冬季广州市眼科门诊病人眼病构成情况调查

The survey of eye disease for ophthalmology outpatient at Guangzhou City in winter

目的了解冬季广州市眼科门诊病人当中各种眼病构成的情况。方法对广东省人民医院2004年11月至2005年1月共13811例眼科门诊病人按照疾病分类进行统计学分析。结果男5940例,43.04%;女7871例,56.96%。其中眼睑疾病545例(3.95%)结膜疾病4235例(30.66%),角膜疾病844例(6.11%),青光眼501例(3.63%),白内障1309例(9.48%),视网膜疾病1155例(8.36%),屈光不正2807例(20.32%),健康检查650例(4.71%),其他疾病包括葡萄膜炎、眼眶疾病、泪器疾病、眼外伤、术后复诊等等共计1765例(12.79%)。性别对疾病构成的影响:眼睑疾病、角膜疾病和白内障等在男女之间差异无显著性,青光眼、视网膜疾病和屈光不正等疾病在男性中较为多见,而结膜疾病和健康检查的病人女性病人明显增多,统计学分析差异有显著性。结论在眼科门诊病人当中,结膜炎和屈光不正是最常见和占主要构成的疾病,占眼科门诊的一半以上,其次是白内障、视网膜疾病和角膜疾病,但各病种比例差别不大。女性患者似乎较男性病人更加注重眼病的防治。

Objective To find out the constitute of various eye disease for ophthalmology outpatient at Guangzhou City in winter. Method Total 13811 ophthalmology outpatientses categorize to carry on statistics according to the disease from December 2004 to January 2005 in Guangdong provincial people＇s hospital. Result The male is 5940 who occupied 43.04%;the female is 7871 who occupied 56.96%. Among them, 545 cases have eyelids disease（3.95%）, 4235 cases conjunctivas disease（30.66%）, 844 cases cornea disease （6.11%）,501cases glaucoma （3.63%）,1309 cases cataract （9.48%）, 1155 cases retina disease （8.36%）, 2807 cases error of refraction （20.32%）.650 cases take health inspection （4.71%）. The other diseases add up to 1765 （12 39%） which consist uveitis ,orbit disease ,lacrimal disease ,eye trauma,check after surgery etc. The influence of gender on disease constitute： The difference is not obvious in eyelid disease, cornea disease and cataract between the men and women. Glaucoma, retina disease and error of refraction are more common in the male, however,the conjunctiva disease and health inspection increase obviously in female patient, statisticsing show the difference between male and female. Conclusion conjunctivitis and error of refraction are the most familiar and have main composing of disease（half of total cases） in the ophthalmology outpatient. Cataract, the retina disease and the cornea diseases are the next in order, but the difference is not greatly.The female sufferer seems to pay attention to the prevention and cure to the eye disease more.
