The Chief Executive of LVMH said the company's sales growth could match the 15 percent increase in the first quarter as the world^s largest luxury-goods maker expands in Japan and China. The products in our group,such as Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior and Fendi, are extremely successful for second- quarter sales. Revenue rose 15 percent to 3.56 billion Euro, or 4.5 billion Dollars, for the first quarter. Increased demand in China and Japan contributed to higher revenue from fashion and leather goods, which is LVMH's biggest division. The company is counting on attracting consumers in Japan and China to increase sales in the 143 billion Euro luxurygoods industry.
