摘要
目的研究仙人救心片对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠神经内分泌的调节作用。方法采用结扎腹主动脉致压力负荷增加大鼠心力衰竭模型,用仙人救心片及对照药物治疗后,测定大鼠血浆和心肌AngⅡ含量、左室质量指数(LVM I)等指标。结果仙人救心片能显著降低大鼠血浆和心肌AngⅡ含量,降低LVM I。结论仙人救心片治疗CHF的机理之一可能与抑制心衰时神经内分泌的过度激活,逆转左室肥厚有关。
Object To study xiartren Jiuxin tablets regulation of neuroendoerine of rats with congestive heart - failure. Method Used the rats model with heart -failure of increased pressure duo to ventral aorta ligation, treated with xianren Jiuxin tablets and control drugs, and determined indexes such as content of AnglIin rats ＇ plasma and cardiac muscle, and LVMI in the left ventricle. Results xianren Jiuxin tablets were able to reduce the content of Anglland LVMI. Conclusion The treating mechanism of CHF with xianren Jiuxin tablets probably was related to inhibition of excessive activation of neuroendoerine and to reversion of thickening in the left ventricle.
