大剂量左旋-精氨酸对大鼠胰腺及细胞因子的影响 被引量:3

摘要 近来动物实验发现,大剂量左旋(L)-精氨酸可成功建立重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠模型,但发病机制尚不清楚.由于缺乏有力的理论依据,目前该模型的应用并不广泛.本实验旨在通过动态观察L-精氨酸对大鼠胰腺及细胞因子的影响,从细胞因子学说的角度分析L-精氨酸致胰腺损伤的病理生理学机制.
