大肠癌中S期激酶相关蛋白2的表达及与临床病理的关系

摘要
S期激酶相关蛋白2（Skp2）是F-box蛋白家族中的一员,参与泛素介导的蛋白酶水解.Skp2能特异性地识别磷酸化的细胞周期负性调控因子p27,使之泛素化并进入26S蛋白酶体实现泛素化降解,其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用日益受到关注.本实验采用免疫组化S-P法检测Skp2在大肠癌中的表达,并探讨其与临床病理特征的关系.
