摘要
目的:探讨黏附分子CD44s和核相关抗原Ki-67在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法对58例不同级别脑胶质瘤标本进行CD44s和Ki-67表达情况检测。结果:CD44s在高级别脑胶质瘤中的阳性表达率为92.31%,显著高于低级别脑胶质瘤(P<0.05);Ki-67在高级别脑胶质瘤中的高表达率为76.92%,亦显著高于低级别脑胶质瘤(P<0.01);CD44s阳性病人术后1年和3年生存率均低于CD44s阴性的病人(P<0.05);CD44s和Ki-67表达呈显著正相关。结论:CD44s与胶质瘤的病理分级、增殖侵袭以及患者预后密切相关。
Objective: To study the clinicopathologic significance of CD44s and Ki-67 antigen expression in human glioma. Methods. The expression of CD44s and Ki-67 were detected in 58 cases of different degrees of human glioma specimen by immunohistochemical staining SP methods. Results: The positive rate of CD44s expression in high grade group was 92.31% and higher obviously than that in low grade group(P〈0.05). The higher expressive rate of Ki-6.7 in high grade group was 76.92% and higher obviously than that in low grade group (P〈0.01). The one and three years survival rate in CD44s positive cases was lower than those in CD44s negative cases(P〈0.05). There was a positive relationship between expression of Ki-67 and CD44s(P〈0.05). Conclusion. CD44s is closely related with pathologic grade, proliferation of glioma and prognosis of patients.
