吡咯喹啉醌对离断周围神经的促再生作用 被引量:2

Enhanced Nerve Regeneration by Pyrroloquinoline Quinone on Sciatic Nerve Transected Animal Models

摘要 目的:观察吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)对离断周围神经再生效果的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分配入PQQ组与对照组。所有动物均实施手术造模,离断左侧坐骨神经后予以10-0缝线神经外膜间断缝合。PQQ组术后隔日术侧肌肉注射PQQ 0.5 ml(250μg/kg),对照组仅给以等量生理盐水。术后定期行坐骨神经功能评估,神经电生理指标测定。于12周时,取材行再生神经形态学观察。结果:PQQ组在坐骨神经功能、神经电生理及形态学指标上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:吡咯喹啉醌可显著促进离断周围神经的再生。 Objective: To investigate the possible effect on nerve regeneration by Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ) on sciatic nerve transected animal models. Methods: Forty SD rats were assigned into PQQ group and control group at random. Each animal underwent sciatic nerve transection operation. After the operation, PQQ at a concentration of 0. 5 ml (250 μg/kg) was injected locally at the operation side in the PQQ group, while the same volume of normal saline was administrated in the control group. Nerve functional evaluation and electrophysiological index recording were carried out according to the experimental design. Newly generated nerve specimens were harvested in 12 weeks postoperatively for morphological studies. Results: Animals showed a better nerve regeneration when SFI, electrophysiological index and morphological appearance were taken into consideration (P〈0.05). Conclusion: PQQ is a potent regeneration enhancer for transected peripheral nerve.
