摘要
研制了一种用于PH2800电铲提升斗臂齿条ZG28CrMnSiNi铸钢材料。分析了铸造、热处理、焊接过程的变形特点,不同热处理工艺对齿条材料组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:ZG28CrMnSiNi铸钢在铸造、热处理及焊接过程变形较小,900℃淬火、200℃低温回火具有较高的强度、韧性和良好的焊接性能,组织由板条状马氏体和少量奥氏体组成,350℃回火出现回火脆性。研制的PH2800齿条在露天煤矿装机使用,取得了良好的效果。
A new kind of ZG28CrMnSiNi cast steel for PH2800 shovel rack has been developed. The deformation during casting, heat treatment and welding was investigated. The effects of various heat treatment on microstructure and properties of the cast steel for shovel rack were investigated. The results showed that the deformation of the steel during casting, heat treatment and welding is small. The ZG28CrMnSiNi steel has higher strength and toughness, and good welding property. The microstructure of the steel consists of martensite and retained austenite after quenching at 900℃ and tempered at 200℃. Tempering brittleness appears at 350℃. Good application result of the PH2800 shovel rack in opencast coal is obtained.
