系统性真菌感染动物模型的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来系统性真菌感染病例日益增多,病情严重者可以累及全身各系统,预后很差。系统性真菌感染动物模型的建立在相关的研究中非常重要,可以广泛应用于发病机制、免疫学改变、感染程度的判断、真菌疫苗开发以及系统性真菌感染的治疗等各个研究领域。
