摘要
采用液硅反应渗透和料浆烧结法在石墨表面制备SiC/Si-MoSi2抗氧化涂层。详细研究SiC过渡层对SiC/Si-MoSi2涂层抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,SiC过渡层对SiC/Si-MoSi2涂层的抗氧化性能有很大影响,并从微观结构上分析和解释了SiC过渡层对所制备涂层抗氧化性能影响的原因。
A SiC/Si-MoSi2 oxidation protective coating was prepared on graphite. Graphite substrate was firstly infiltrated with silicon in vacuum to form SiC transition layer and then coated with Si-MoSi2 coating by a simple slurry method. The effect of SiC inner layer on the oxidation resistance of coating was studied. Results indicate that SiC inner layer had marked effect on the oxidation resistance of SiC/Si-MoSi2 coating. Furthermore, the effect of the SiC inner layer on the oxidation resistance of SiC/Si-MoSi2 coating was also analysed.
