摘要 近年来,具有低活化能和高氧离子电导率的磷灰石类氧化物,作为中低温固体氧化物燃料电池中极具应用潜力的新型电解质材料受到了人们的广泛关注。本文介绍了磷灰石类氧化物的基本性质与其结构的关系,概述了掺杂对材料性能的影响,并讨论了存在的主要问题以及今后的发展趋势。 Apatite-type solid electrolytes have attracted significant attention in recent years due to their high oxygen ionic conductivity and low activation energy, which offer great potential for use in the intermediate-low temperature SOFCs. In this paper, the state of the art in the research of apatite-type oxide electrolytes is reviewed relating to the aspects ranging from crystal structure to materials properties including ionic conductivity, thermal property, etc. for various doped and undoped apatitc-type oxides. The major existing problems and probable research trend are also raised.
