摘要
目的本院近年来接诊了教百例脉管病变患者,按新分类对血管瘤患者采取了系统的治疗。本文对随访到的72例婴幼儿血管瘤患者的检查、治疗和愈后进行了系统的分析。方法口服强的松、局注平阳霉素。并用动物实验观察平阳霉素对面神经和腮腺的影响。结果治疗时间最短l例是三个月,治疗半年的17例。治疗一年25例．一年半19例。二年6例,两年以上4例。最长治疗时间3年4个月。平均治疗时间为8．7个月。最小痊愈年龄在半岁,最大3．8岁。平均病变消失年龄在1．4岁。动物实验:28天,腺体腺小叶形态恢复。神经基本恢复正常。结论婴幼儿血管瘤口服激素加局部注射平阳霉素,可以有效的控制瘤体生长。缩短患儿的痊愈年龄。
Objective To analysis the treatment of infantile hemangioma. Methods 72 infants suffered from hemangioma were treated by oral corticosteroid and local injection of pingyangmycin. Animal experiment was performed to examine the effects of pingyangmycin on the facial nerve and parotid gland. Results The duration of treatment in 72 cases was varied： 3 months （the shortest）, 1 case; 6 months, 17 cases; 1 year, 25 cases; 1.5 year, 19 eases; 2 years, 6 cases; and more than 2.5 years, 4 cases. The longest treatment period was 3 years and 4 months. The average period of treatment was 8.7 months. The youngest cure age was 6 months, the oldest was 3.8 years of age. The average age of cure was 1. 4 years old. Conclusion Corticosteroid and pingyangmycin are effective in the treatment of infantile heamgioma. They may be given alone or in combinations.
