OPA-K滑动直丝弓矫治器在双牙弓前突畸形矫治中的应用

Treatment changes of bimaxillary protrusion with the Oriental Preadjusted Appliance-KOSAKA

目的观察OPA-K滑动直丝弓矫治器对双牙弓前突病例的矫治效果。方法选择15例双牙弓首突的病例,均拔除4个第一前磨牙,应用OPA-K滑动直丝弓矫治嚣进行矫治,治疗前后拍摄头颅定位侧位片并进行描图测量．对颌面部软硬组织的变化进行综合分析。结果UI-NA角减小13．25°．Ul-NA距减小6．26mm。LI -NB角减小9．41°,Ll-NB距减小4．92mm。UI-LI增加20．62°。鼻唇角平均增加4．09°。以上几项结果均具有明显的统计学意义。患者侧面容貌得到明显改善。结论对于双牙弓前突的患者应用0PA-K滑动直丝弓矫治器可以达到比较满意的疗效。

Objective To observe the results of treatment with Oriental Preadjusted Appliance - KOSAKA in bimaxillary alarch protrusion cases. Methods Fifteen bimaxillaty protrusion cases with removal of four first premolars were chosen. All the cases were treated with The Oriental Preadjusted Apiance - KOSAKA. Cephalometries before and after treatment were performed. Results The distance of upper incisor to NA reduced 6.26mm on average. The distance of low inciser to NB reduced 4.92mm. The angle of upper and low incisor increased 20.62°. The angle of nose and upper lip increased 4.09°. Conclusion Excellent results could be achieved with the Oriental Preadjusted Apiance - KOSAKA technique .
