摘要 目的探讨种植体数目在载荷条件下对下颌第一磨牙种植体周围组织的力学影响。方法在下颌第一磨牙单、双种植体支持式义齿上部结构不同载荷点分别施加载荷,以电阻应变法对种植体颊、舌两侧组织进行了应变测量和力学分析。结果种植体周围组织应变与载荷的大小呈正相关;侧向力引起的种植体周围组织应变大于轴向力;载荷条件相同情况下。双种植体用围组织应变小于单种植体。结论双种植体支持式义齿可以有效分散力、对抗侧向力。有利于种植体周围组织的长期稳定。因此,下颌第一磨牙缺失在颌骨条件允许的情况下应尽量选取双种植体设计。 Objective To investigate the influence of implant number to the strains of the tissue around endosteal implant for the firs mandibular molar repiacement. Methods Strains of the tissue around the implant were tested and effects were analyzed by resistant strain method. Results There was a positive correlation between the magnitude of the load and the strain of the surrounding tissues of the implant of the first mandibular molar. The strain on the denture produced by the oblique force was greater than that produced by the axia force. The strain of the double- implant support restoration was less than the single - implant's. Conclusion In order to ensure the prolonged effective function of the implant deture of the first mandibular molar, it is necessary to select double implants within the possible scope of the mandibular.
