小体积前列腺增生的手术治疗

Experience in diagnosis and treatment for small-size benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的：探讨对小体积前列腺增生的手术治疗方法。方法：对32例小体积前列腺增生患者，在行经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）的同时，行膀胱颈环状纤维5、7点放射状切开。结果：术后随访6～18个月（平均12个月），IPSS评分及最大尿流率均得到明显改善，无一例出现膀胱颈挛缩。结论：TURP加膀胱颈环状纤维放射状切开，是治疗小体积前列腺增生引起的膀胱出口梗阻，并预防术后膀胱颈挛缩较理想的方法。

Objective：To improve the diagnosis and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods： From January 1998 to December 2003,32 patients with small size BPH were treated with TURP plus TUIBN （transurethral incision of the bladder neck. Results： All patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months（mean 12 months）. The IPSS score and Qmax in 32 cases were significantly improved, no bladder neck constricture was found. Conclusions： TURP plus TUIBN was proved to be a relatively optimal therapy for patients with BPH of small volume which caused the obstruction of the outlet of bladder.
