WI-L2家族人类淋巴母细胞TK基因突变研究 被引量:1

摘要 WI-L2家族主要包括有TK6、WTK1、TK6-E6三种细胞株,其TK(Thymidinekinase,TK)基因均为杂合型(TK+/-),但P53状态各不相同。三种细胞的TK基因突变实验广泛用于P53功能研究。考虑到三种细胞培养简单而且是人类来源,目前该试验也逐步应用于多种物质遗传毒性检测。三种细胞的TK试验的差异丰富了对毒作用表现形式的认识,也为探讨遗传毒作用机制提供了崭新的视角,是遗传毒性研究中很好的生物材料。因此对三种细胞的TK实验差别及其相关研究做了简要综述。
