摘要
目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)对前庭系统性眩晕的定位价值。方法:对138例临床确诊的前庭系统性眩晕患者进行了BAEP的检测。结果:138例前庭系统性眩晕患者行BAEP检查有98例异常,异常率为71%,其中内耳型13/98例(13%),表现为Ⅰ、Ⅱ波各项指标的改变;脑干型48/98例(49%),表现为Ⅰ、Ⅱ波正常,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ波各项指标存在异常;混合型37/98例(38%),各波指标均出现改变。结论:BAEP有助于鉴别前庭周围性眩晕与前庭中枢性眩晕,在前庭系统性眩晕的临床诊断中有定位价值。
Aim: To explore the value of localization of brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) in the diagnosis of vestibular system vertigo. Methods: BAEP was done in 138 patients with vestibular system vertigo. Results: BAEP were abnormal in 98 cases of the patients, the abnormality rate was 71%. It was found that : ① inner-ear type: 13 cases (13%) with the abnormalities of Ⅰ,Ⅱ waves;② brainstem type: 48 cases (49%) showing normal Ⅰ, Ⅱ waves and the abnormalities of Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ waves; ③ mixed type: 37 cases (38%) with abnormalities of all the Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ,Ⅳ, Ⅴ waves. Conclusion: Brainstem auditory evoked potentials can be used to differentiate central vestibular vertigo from peripheral vestibular vertigo, and is helpful in localizing the region within vestibular vertigo.
