摘要
目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)对前庭系统性眩晕的定位价值。方法:对138例临床确诊的前庭系统性眩晕患者进行了BAEP的检测。结果:138例前庭系统性眩晕患者行BAEP检查有98例异常,异常率为71%,其中内耳型13/98例(13%),表现为Ⅰ、Ⅱ波各项指标的改变;脑干型48/98例(49%),表现为Ⅰ、Ⅱ波正常,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ波各项指标存在异常;混合型37/98例(38%),各波指标均出现改变。结论:BAEP有助于鉴别前庭周围性眩晕与前庭中枢性眩晕,在前庭系统性眩晕的临床诊断中有定位价值。
Aim： To explore the value of localization of brainstem auditory evoked potentials（BAEP） in the diagnosis of vestibular system vertigo. Methods： BAEP was done in 138 patients with vestibular system vertigo. Results： BAEP were abnormal in 98 cases of the patients, the abnormality rate was 71%. It was found that ： ① inner-ear type： 13 cases （13%） with the abnormalities of Ⅰ,Ⅱ waves;② brainstem type： 48 cases （49%） showing normal Ⅰ, Ⅱ waves and the abnormalities of Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ waves; ③ mixed type： 37 cases （38%） with abnormalities of all the Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ,Ⅳ, Ⅴ waves. Conclusion： Brainstem auditory evoked potentials can be used to differentiate central vestibular vertigo from peripheral vestibular vertigo, and is helpful in localizing the region within vestibular vertigo.
