Subficial Venous Ligation Treatment of Recurrence after Operations for Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities

目的:探讨经皮缝扎治疗下肢静脉术后复发曲张静脉。方法:回顾分析1995年10月至2004年10月期间大隐静脉曲张术后52例下肢复发曲张静脉在局部麻醉下行贯穿缝扎的临床资料。结果:术后10d(拆线时)、术后6个月随访无并发症及复发。结论:对术后复发曲张静脉行贯穿缝扎是一种有效、安全、简便的方法。

Objective Research the value of subficial venous ligature treatment of recurrence after oprations for varicoseveins of lower extremities. Methods Review and analyse the clinical statistics of 52 saphenectomy cases from October,1995 to October 2004 treated by subficialligature under local anaesthesia. Results No complications or recurrence appear after 10 days（taking out stitches） or 6 months in the interview. Conclusion Subficial venous ligature is an effective, safe and convenient method for the recurrence of varicosity after operation.
