盐分和温度以及光照对陆地棉种子萌发的影响 被引量:18

摘要 陆地棉种子在3种光照、3个温度梯度和7个盐分梯度条件下萌发,测定种子萌发的最佳条件。结果表明:在光照和黑暗条件下,种子萌发率无显著差异。种子萌发的最适温度为30℃。随NaCl浓度增高陆地棉种子萌发率降低,直至接近于零。不同温度和盐分以及二者的交互作用对陆地棉种子萌发的影响达极显著水平。在最适温度时,种子耐盐临界值为148.13 mmol.L-1,极限值为305.81 mmol.L-1。 Cotton(Gossypium h irsutum L. )is one of the best salinity tolerance crops. Light, temperature and salinity are environmental factors that have influence on the germination of G. hirsutum L. seeds. The germination characteristics of Gossypium hirsutum L. were studied. Seeds were germinated at three lights, three temperatures and seven salinities to determine optimal conditions for germination. No difference was found between the germinability of its seeds in light and in darkness. The optimal temperature for germination was 30℃, yielded maximum germination. Rate of germination decreased with increase in salinity,and fell to nearly 0. Different temperatures and various concentrations of salinity individually,and their interaction significantly affected germination of G. hirsutum L. The critical value of salinity tolerance is 148. 13 mmol · L^-1 and the limit value of salinity tolerance is 305.81 mmol· L^-1 at the optimal temperature.
