提高病案质量,杜绝病历缺陷,加强病案管理是目前每个医院都应重视做好的工作之一,本文通过总结病历质量、病案管理中存在的缺陷及难点,提出针对性的解决措施,使病历书写质量、病案管理质量更上一层楼。

Improving the quality of medical records, blocking the way of flawed medical records and strengthening the management of medical records are tasks that each hospital should attach great importance to. On the base of summary on the flaws and diffculty in the quality and the management of medical records, this article made a suggestion of countermeasures, by which the hospital may attain a higher level in the recording quality and the management of medical records.
