公众急救自救能力的培育和提高,已成为影响突发公共危机特别是突发公共卫生事件预防与应急处理的重要因素。从对温州市的调查发现,我国公众关于急救自救的知识和能力普遍低下。提高公众急救自救能力,政府、社区、学校等部门都应有所作为。
